1) How Do I Order Goods From your website?
No need to register , you can directly buy it with PayPal Express Check Out   
Of course, you also can register with us and start ordering right away.

2) Do You Have A Catalogue Or Price List ?
Sorry, we do not have a paper catalogue or price list,
you can check all of our product including in our website

We are adding new products daily, and constantly updating product descriptions and discount prices, so the best way to search for or browse our products is by using the online store system. 

3) The Registration Form Asks For A Company Name
Anyone can sign up for free to order from us. In the registration / address entry you can't leave the "company" field blank,
so you can:
- enter your name again
OR
- enter the words "private order"
OR (if you are dropshipping)
- any kind of reference code or email address that helps you identify your customer in the shipping address

Note:
The full address entered in the shipping address will be the address used for the order delivery so please ensure it is complete and correctly formatted.

4) About the product price and Tax
the price quoted in the price box (and shown in your cart when you add the items) is the product price.

We do not add any sales taxes or hidden charges to orders. Regarding import taxes on products delivered from China, please be aware these are your own responsibility

5)Is There A Minimum Order Quantity Limitted ? (MOQ)
We have no minimum order quantity request, and we can ship single item samples or large orders worldwide.

6) Can I Order big quantity (such as more than 200 Pieces) of An Item?
Of course, we can offer you better prices for large volume orders.

If you are interested in a quote for a large quantity of items, please contact us with the following details:
- The item code and description
- The exact desired order quantity
- A general prediction of likely ongoing order quantity if any
- What your desired time frame would be
- Any special packing instructions, e.g. bulk packing without product boxes

With this information we will get back to you with a quote for the product price. Shipping costs / logistics arrangements would need to be discussed in more detail for large orders.

 7) How do you ship the products?
For the default free shipping , we will delivery the parcel through Post Air Mail

8) Can you ship the cargo into my country?

If necessary, when you order we will provide any necessary advice and assistance about importing to your country.

In some countries, importing bigger quantities of goods is restricted for private individuals and businesses. It's your responsibility to comply with your country's laws. Please check with your local Customs or local government website to see if importing requires any special licence in your country.

If you are located in one country, and want to ship to another country, this is also OK - this is "international dropshipping".
When shipping to some countries, we can accept bank transfer payment only, due to fraud prevention

9)Do I need special knowledge for importing goods through customs?
No, in most countries,importing is easy and you don't need to do anything.

In small and medium sized orders the whole clearance process at customs is taken care of for you, by the courier or freight company. we provide the necessary shipping documents.

10)What if the product is broken?
If any product is faulty, we will re-send one to you , or refund . 

11) What if the product does not arrive?
We guarantee your products will arrive safely in your destination country.

In the unlikely event your package is lost, we will re-send the goods or give you a full refund.

12)Can I copy your website text and pictures for my re-selling business?

13)Why I can not pay my order with PayPal , it shows "Access Denied "?
